Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for digital products purchased from FORTH-RIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("Forth-Right", "we", "us" or "our"). Because our products are digital and access or download is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are necessarily limited, as set out below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Our products — software, e-books, audiobooks, movies, music, and online courses — are delivered digitally, and access or download is immediate. For this reason, refunds are limited. You may be eligible for a refund where:

  • the product is faulty, corrupt, or will not open or play correctly;
  • the product is materially not as described on its product page; or
  • the product was never delivered or could not be accessed.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before the product has been substantially downloaded or consumed. We may ask you to provide reasonable evidence of the issue so we can investigate.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • courses that have been accessed, downloaded, or substantially consumed;
  • license keys that have been revealed, redeemed, or activated;
  • movies, music, or other media that have been fully streamed or downloaded; and
  • products where a refund is requested outside the 7-day eligibility window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@useforthright.com with your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue. We aim to review and respond to refund requests promptly, and we may request additional details to verify your purchase.

4. Currency

Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency — Nigerian Naira (NGN) or United States Dollars (USD) — to the original payment method. Refunds in NGN are processed in compliance with applicable Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
